My new Sony MDR-1000X headphones rules!

After walking around without a good headset for a long time now I finally decided to get a really good pair of headphones. I used to have a pair of really good Sennheiser when I was 14 until I was 18 which had a great base, distinct middle registers and overall a really good sound. Then I used to wear my headset almost all the time and eventually the cord broke after all wear and tear. Since then I’ve used a lot of different headsets, one which was good named the Razer Kraken, but that had a very game-y feel…

Disturbance in the night

Introduction This is a short story which was made as a response to the challenge in Sara’s blog. In the blog post, she proposes a challenge to write about a light located at the apartment across the window, which doesn’t seem to turn off. No matter when you look at it, it’s there… This is my contribution. To add a twist to it, I also recorded it as a video, enjoy! The story is also based on the Daily Prompt: Glimmer and Daily Prompt: Disrupt Disturbance in the night It was a stormy night in the middle of August and…

Sports anime is way underrated!

I think that sports anime is a genre of anime that isn’t really getting it’s deserved the amount of hype. Unlike series such as Naruto, One Piece, One Punch Man and many others there doesn’t seem to be a lot of visible fans to the many awesome sports animes out there, or at least that I’m aware of. I wouldn’t really consider myself a huge otaku person and I’ve probably only seen a 30 or so animes in total (including both series and movies). But I would say that I’m the kind of person that really enjoy a good anime…

Vallby open air museum, sheep delight!

Today I’ve been to Vallby open air museum which is a place where people living in the city can see and experience the life of the late 19th and early 20th century. There you can see houses and shops from the time and animals of a different kind. Now the sheep have just given birth to a lot of incredibly cute lambs, so I just had to see them and take some photos. I hope you’ll like seeing them as much as I did! I also added some super short videos (actually live-photos), someday I’ll create real videos for you…

Stay a while and listen!

It would seem that Deckard Cain, the horadric scholar which accompanied you all the way through the Diablo series will now also be a part of Heroes of the Storm! If you haven’t played the game yet, it’s a game in which all different characters and settings from the different Blizzard games collide. The characters can then fight in this new arena called the Nexus and the rest of the game is very much like any MOBA game. I remember getting all psyched when I first heard about it and I actually got Beta access to the game many years…

Global living, a really cool place to eat or buy stuff

If you’re looking for a really interesting place to eat reasonably priced sandwiches and drink really great coffee then I can really recommend the café Global living. Yesterday I tried eating breakfast there with my girlfriend and since it was the first time I went there it was really amazing. The place is filled with interesting objects and almost all of them is for sale. This concept is one that I’ve not really seen that often before and at the moment I can’t really think of a time at all. So if you’re in Västerås, Sweden or in its proximity…

Erasmus+ application finally completed and I’m one step closer to Finland!

So now the Erasmus+ application have been completed and sent in, now we’ll just have to see if there will be any complementary attachments to send in later. The Erasmus+ application is an application which will allow me to get a further grant for the studies abroad in Finland. It’s also a good opportunity to meet other people both in Västerås and abroad that is taking a year in another country. I think that by meeting people in the same position as you, the understanding and feel of the community can increase. So what is Erasmus+? It’s a European program…
